The nursery was originally set up in June 1999 and expanded in April 2002. In January 2018 the nursery was rehomed to the current location, and has benefitted from a total refurbishment.The nursery's principle aim is to provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment for young children, keeping in mind all of their developmental needs.The children in our care are provided with a wide range of learning opportunities which cater for each individual child's needs and interests. Staff observe and assess all of the children in their care and complete detailed development files, which are shared with parents on a regular basis. Activities are both child led and adult supported and are based around the children's natural interests, to support their learning and development.The Roundhouse Day Nursery Limited has recently changed legal status and has therefore re-registered with Ofsted. The management/staff team have remained the same however, continuing our commitment to provide a professional and quality service, and maintain our reputation of 19 years as a quality setting within the Birmingham Early Years sector.
