Purchases and Free Sign ups
If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Company Name, Contact Name, Address, Website, Contact Number, Email Address.
In some cases when signing up for a free listing or paid listing we may ask you to verify your account with a £1 transaction. This transaction will be refunded within 24 hours to the payment card provided. We may hold a payment token in your account in case you wish to purchase of subscribe to further products in the future. Products Offers Include:

Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis based on the service selection selected.
Free Trials
Where services are offered on a free trial basis, the period will be displayed on the product page. Typically, these are either a 7 day or 30 day trial period. Free Trial products are in place to demonstrate the accuracy of our work. Any customer wishing to cancel a free trial before the chargeable period should contact our support team via email on [email protected] or from within your account.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
By availing our service, you authorise www.118businessdirectory.co.uk to start the work immediately, however you have the right to cancel your contract at any time. In order to cancel the contract, you must inform a member of the support team by emailing [email protected] requesting cancellation.
Cancelling your contract after a payment has been taken does not automatically qualify for a refund. Administration Fee – If you request cancellation of the service and a refund is agreed but after the service has begun, an administration fee maybe be retained.
