I am a Hypnotherapist, hypnobirthing practitioner and a doula. As a hypnotherapist I can offer services that other hypnobirthing teachers and doulas can’t. HYPNOBIRTHING: An award winning hypnobirthing class that can be group classes or private. They cover everything you need to prepare you for giving birth, including breathing techniques, and visualisation techniques, birthing positions, and pain relief techniques. Other holistic therapies, such as rebozo, EFT, reiki and acupressure, especially tailored for pregnancy and birth are also taught.
