The Hertfordshire School of Pilates offers fully accredited Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor training in Baldock, North Hertfordshire. Founded by Emma Lovelock - an award-winning studio owner with 13+ years' experience - HSP was built as a direct response to everything that's wrong with large-scale teacher training. Cohorts are capped at 6-8 students so every trainee gets consistent, personalised feedback throughout.
