Hi, I’m Laura, founder of The Dizzy Physio. I provide home-based vestibular rehabilitation, helping people improve balance, reduce dizziness, and feel more confident in daily life. I understand how difficult clinic visits can be, especially for older adults or those with other health conditions, which is why I bring expert care directly to your home.
I began my career at Singapore General Hospital and have since worked across the NHS, private hospitals, and clinics in the UK. My experience includes elderly rehabilitation, urgent care, orthopaedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, and falls prevention.
I hold a BSc in Sports Science (2006) and an MSc in Physiotherapy (2010). For over 10 years, I have specialised in vestibular rehabilitation and completed a Level 7 module in the Management of Dizziness and Balance Disorders in Adults in 2024.
I am HCPC registered and a member of the CSP and ACPIVR.
