A family & dog friendly village pub recently restored to a high standard. The Barley Sheaf serves delicious, fresh, locally sourced food. Fine wines and the best local real ales.Built in 1837 by local farmer William Kendall of Bodrugan Barton and recently restored and reopened by Tom White, (William's Great, Great, Great Grandson) and his wife Anne-Marie, the Barley Sheaf at Gorran serves great food, fine wines and the best Cornish beer! The Barley is both family and dog friendly. A "Freehouse" Specializing in real ales and locally sourced quality food. Sunday lunch a specialty - booking advised. Also fish & chips available to take away tues - sat evenings between 6 & 7.
