SUNGO Energy was established in 2016 and is global manufacturer of Smart Solar Power Optimisers with advanced Rapid Shutdown, an extensive range of Battery Energy Storage Systems, Inverters and Remote Solar System Performance Optimisation and Monitoring solutions.

SUNGO Energy has its headquarters in Suzhou, China (60 miles west of Shanghai), supported by SUNGO Energy locations in the United Kingdom (London), the Netherlands (Rotterdam), Japan (Tokyo) and the United States (Austin, TX) - along with a global network of distributors, wholesalers and partner organisations. We research, develop, manufacture and supply a wide range of optimised products, primarily for solar industry customers in more than 30 countries around the world.

SUNGO Energy is probably best known as a leading developer and manufacturer of highly cost-effective Smart Solar Power Optimisers with Rapid Shutdown, which have been proven to deliver up to 30% increase in PV solar system energy generation. We currently have an annual production of 1.5m Smart Solar Power Optimiser and an installed capacity of 2GW globally.

SUNGO Energy is also well-known for its wide range of Battery Energy Storage Systems BESS/ESS, from small domestic units through to large scale, containerised, liquid-cooled solutions - and recently announced the installation of a 100MW Energy Storage System for CGN (China General Nuclear Power Group) in Guangdong Province. SUNGO Energy currently has an annual production capacity of 2GWh for Battery Energy Storage Systems and an installed capacity of 2.5GW/GWh.
