What makes my hypnotherapy service unique is my integrated approach. I combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Clinical Hypnotherapy in every session. CBT is widely recognised for treating mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, sleep problems, and menopausal symptoms, and research shows it becomes even more effective when used with clinical hypnosis. This powerful combination offers a scientifically supported approach to change—while each session remains deeply relaxing and restorative.
Whatever your concern, I’ll be there to guide and support you. Each session lasts 60–75 minutes and includes custom CBT-Hypnotherapy recordings to support you between sessions. You’ll also receive inclusive therapy resources, worksheets, and my ongoing expert support throughout.
