I had a very bad experience with Sahiya. She was polite over the phone before I booked, but when I arrived, she was late and made me wait outside her building for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had traveled for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there, so this was upsetting. When she finally arrived, instead of apologizing, she was shockingly rude and sarcastic throughout my visit. I had a balayage, cut, and keratin treatment, which she took 8 hours to finish because she was dealing with other customers and I had to wait a total of 9 hours and 30 minutes, I remained patient. After finishing, she took extra time to photograph my hair without considering that I was in a hurry. When I asked for advice on shampoo for keratin-treated hair, she rudely said she charges for giving advice. I got home late because of a family emergency and I was very tired, I missed her message about redeeming a code, which I didn't know about it, thinking of I will check in the morning and send her, but when I checked later, in the morning she had sent me a long, rude, and disrespectful message accusing me of being rude and lacking humanity. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She doesn't know how to treat customers properly, even after making them wait for so long.

Sahiya had me waiting an hour after the arranged time. She the. Made me aware that the price on Groupon is not the correct price she charges and it would be cost double the amount. She made my hair look terrible making me ginger all over and I left there extremely disappointed. Please do not go to her!!!
