genuinely didn't want to do this as I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am miffed at this. I was in contact with him(professor plumb)sent him videos of my toilet/shower/bath tap explained what was wrong asked him for price and also asked for receipt as our landlord was ment 2 get sum1 but didnt .He asked were we gna pay him i said def jus needed receipt to get money bk from landlord. he rang me night before telling me what could b possibly wrong with all 3 and cost which was fine .he came out this morning tuesday 8th april 9.20am showed him bathroom he was there for 5 seconds didnt turn taps or shower on before he flew out the house said firstly I'm not interested then I act had to run after him and ask why at this point he was half way down stairs he shouted up all needs replaced. Why he didn't tell us this or explain what was wrong before he flew out our door I don't know I was jus upset cus I was really needing it done.
