A small building company incorporated over 15 years ago that has maintained a large portfolio of privately owned residential and commercial properties throughout the London Boroughs, successfully developing and renovating many properties with listed building status to a very high standard. We were successful in being commissioned to build one of London's air conditioned recording studios that produces audio books and is a leading light in the spoken word business, We have a long history of developing new office space from industrial space and vice-versa to modern living accommodation.
Our focus over the last 5 years, since relocating to Norfolk has been primarily on the domestic side of the business in servicing home owners needs with all manner of general carpentry/joinery works and renovations to new and listed buildings generally.
We also offer our services of day to day repairs and maintenance to landlords and estate agents alike for re-lets and end of tenancy remedial works and decorations.
