Based in Coulsdon, my service focuses on Gestalt therapy, helping you increase self-awareness, live in the present, and develop healthier relationships. Through an interactive, creative and holistic approach, we will work together to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in the here and now, fostering personal growth and authentic living.

My practise is disability confident, offering a supportive space for those with mobility challenges.
