Mojo School was born from a deeply personal journey.

After spending many years in a successful career, I experienced burnout that completely changed the direction of my life. As I began my own recovery, I realised that so many women were quietly struggling with exhaustion, overwhelm and a loss of identity, believing they simply needed to work harder or be stronger.

Determined to understand what was really happening, I spent the next decade studying mental health, holistic wellbeing, neuroscience, energy psychology and trauma-informed approaches to healing. Along the way, I discovered that lasting wellbeing isn’t created by quick fixes or perfect routines, but by understanding the whole person and making small, meaningful changes that are sustainable in everyday life.

What started as one-to-one support has grown into Mojo School – an online wellbeing platform offering practical resources, digital courses, podcasts, blogs, guided audio sessions and a supportive community for women who want to reconnect with themselves.

Today, our mission remains the same: to help women recover from burnout, rediscover their confidence and create lives that feel calmer, healthier and more aligned with who they truly are. Every resource we create is designed to offer realistic support, genuine compassion and the reassurance that no woman has to navigate this journey alone.
