It is used in a legal context for such areas as warranty contracts from manufacturers, which usually stipulate that damage from wear and tear will not be covered.7) Mobile Planet won�t be responsible for the manufactured warrantee once machine has been opened.8) Prices will not be changed once services have been provided as agreed and signed by the customer.9) In case of fire the premises Mobile Planet will not be responsible of customer damage.10) During the hardware and software or data recovery it may takes extra time for resolving the issue, Mobile Planet will not be responsible in case of delayed delivery.11) Mobile Planet will charge the service charges minimum of �25 in case if the problem not what customer told or if customer changes his mind.12) Customer would pay an extra amount other than agreed as service charges if they need data recovery, hardware upgradation, installation of system security software or an anti-virus and increase of hard drives storage after agreement has been signed.
