I have been in the industry for over 10 years and I am looking to expand from private landlords to estate agents with larger portfolios.

I am a level 2 qualified plumber, I have completed courses in plastering, I have a valid CSCS card along with a health and safety certificate and asbestos awareness. I have my own tools and van.

I have worked for Solihull council renovating void properties, private landlords with reactive repairs and general new tenant property refresh work. I have worked for Coventry schools during the summer holidays with classroom repair and repaint.

During my working career I have obtained a large amount of experience covering a wide range of trades.

My main skills are:

Plumbing (tap replacement, leak repair, radiator repair or replace, blockage repairs, replace sinks, toilets, baths.
Basic electronics (sockets, switches and light fittings)
Plastering, skimming and dot and dabbing

I also offer an emergency call out service for plumbing.
