Mercer and Hughes Vets are located in Great Dunmow, Stansted, and Bocking Braintree, with a 24/7 RCVS accredited veterinary hospital in Saffron Walden and emergency vet service.At Mercer and Hughes Vets, we operate an appointment system for consultations to minimise your waiting time and ensure both you and your pets have adequate time with the vet. Our online booking system means that you can book appointments any time, anywhere. We can provide a home visiting service by prior arrangement.Our well equipped surgeries contain the latest diagnostic equipment including digital x- ray facilities, ultrasound, ECG and endoscopy.We have our own in house laboratories to minimise time spent waiting for test results. We have a large team of dedicated veterinary nurses who run daily nurse clinics where they can give general advice and carry out procedures such as microchipping, nail clipping and weight checks.We host puppy parties to give advice to new owners and help with puppy socialisation.We provide our own in-house emergency out of hours vet service, which is run from our veterinary hospital in Saffron Walden.
