I visited Mas Tyres NW in Ealing Broadway due to a tyre pressure warning. Despite high online ratings, I found the pricing excessive. I was quoted £210 for two tyres; after negotiation, it was reduced to £200. Post-visit research revealed the tyres I received, Bane X-Energy XL 205/55R/16, cost £70-£110 a pair elsewhere. The significant markup felt exploitative. While the service was efficient, the feeling of being overcharged marred the experience. Customers deserve transparent and competitive pricing. In conclusion, Mas Tyres NW's pricing doesn't align with market rates. Based on this, I don't recommend their services and advise potential customers to research prices before engaging with them.
