 30-Minute Walk: £15

 60-Minute Walk: £20

Puppy/Elderly Dog Care (30 minutes): £12 - £17

Dog Sitting Prices:

 Home Visit (30 minutes): £10 - £15

 Dog Sitting (1 hour): £15 - £25

 Overnight Dog Sitting: £50 per night

 Day Care (up to 8 hours): £20 - £45

Cat Sitting Prices:

Home Visit (30 minutes): £10 - £15

Cat Sitting (1 hour): £15 - £20

Overnight Cat Sitting: £25 - £40 per night

Package Deals: Buy 5 walks or visits, get 1free.

 Dog Walking, Dog Sitting, and Cat Sitting Policy

Services Offered:

Dog Walking:

30-minute walks.

60-minute walks.

Group walks for multiple dogs (maximum of 3dogs).

Dog Sitting:

Home visits (30 minutes).

Hourly sitting.

Overnight stays (up to 12 hours).

Day care (up to 8 hours).

Cat Sitting:

Home visits (30 minutes and 1 hour).

Overnight care.

Booking and Cancellations:

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

Last-minute bookings may incur an additional fee.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service or in advance for package deals.

Accepted payment methods include , bank transfer, and mobile payment apps.

A non-refundable deposit may be required for overnight stays.

Client Responsibilities:

Ensure pets are up-to-date on vaccinations and flea treatments.

Provide necessary supplies, including leashes, food, litter, and any medications.

Inform the walker/sitter of any special needs, behavioral issues, or health concerns.

Ensure pets are comfortable with new caregivers.

Safety and Health:

The safety of your pet is our top priority. We will take all necessary precautions, including keeping dogs on leashes during walks unless in a secure area.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a danger to themselves, other pets, or people.

In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you or your designated emergency contact. If we cannot reach you, we will seek veterinary care as needed.

Liability:

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during our services.

Clients are encouraged to have pet insurance for additional coverage.

Privacy:

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information or details about your pets with third parties.

Any photos or updates shared during visits may be used for promotional purposes with your consent.

Communication:

We will provide updates on your pet’s activity during walks or visits, including any notable behaviors or issues.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any specific requests or concerns at any time.

Additional Services:

Additional services, such as administering medication or special feeding instructions, can be arranged upon request.

House sitting or additional pet care services (e.g., small pets, birds) may be available.

Additional service may have a small fee . 

Holiday and Peak Periods:

Services during holidays and peak periods may incur an additional fee.

Early bookings are recommended during these times to secure availability.
