An independent HR Consultant based in North Yorkshire, with over 12 years industry experience working across both Corporate HR and Consulting. I offer a full range of HR support in whichever ways work best for you and your business; ‘retained’ (for those ad-hoc situations), ‘one-off’ (for immediate advice or administration such as contract writing), ‘ongoing’ (regular partnership managing the administration of the HR function as a whole). HR as a full-time function is often not necessary in a business, but the skills and regulatory knowledge is, and that’s where I come in. From contracts and policies, handbooks and best practices, to employee relations and day-to-day people management, I partner with you to understand your requirements, and tailor my approach to help support you achieve your HR goals. As an Assoc CIPD Member (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) my active CPD ensures I keep up to date with all legislative and regulatory requirements. Based in Yorkshire a lot of my work is remote but I am always happy to meet online and discuss opportunity for site visits where appropriate.
