Kate’s Counselling offers compassionate, confidential support be it for anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, relationships, grief, trauma or life challenges. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to help you explore your thoughts, build resilience to create positive change. Online sessions are available across the UK, with face-to-face appointments at ORU Sutton every Tuesday from 2:00pm. There is an accessible entrance and lift available.
Accessible from Sutton Train Station and many bus routes, from nearby boroughs of Wallington, Carshalton, Cheam and South London or from the comfort of your own home via online sessions.
Everyone deserves the space to be heard and understood.
