Imagine finally feeling understood, calmer, and more in control of your emotional well-being. My work is all about helping you gently untangle the thoughts, feelings, experiences, and stress patterns that may be keeping you stuck emotionally or even physically.
Using a blend of intuitive, client-led therapy and modern neuroscience-based approaches, I help people explore the powerful connection between the mind, emotions, and the body. Often, emotional stress, overwhelm, trauma, or anxiety can show up physically through tension, discomfort, fatigue, poor sleep, or ongoing pain. Together, we work to understand what your mind and body may be trying to communicate.
Every session is tailored to you. There is no “one size fits all” approach. You remain in control throughout, and we work at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you. My role is to guide, support, and provide practical mind tools that can help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.
By combining neuroscience-informed techniques with a compassionate and collaborative approach, we can begin to:
