I am an accredited CBT therapist, I support clients with symptoms of social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, OCD, panic, stress, PTSD/CPTSD, low self esteem, depression and more. I have worked in mental health for 8yrs in the NHS and with military personnel. I am passionate and committed to supporting you to increase your understanding of yourself, your knowledge, helping you develop skills and achieve your goals. I also provide Couples CBT for depression, supporting couples to understand unhelpful behavioural patterns and teaching skills to support positive change.

I am skilled in assessing, understanding your experiences and listening to what matters to you. Therapy is not one size fits all, I take an individual approach and can off alternative treatments such as CFT or ACT and adapt for ADHD/autism or health conditions. We create a shared treatment plan to best suit your needs.

Feeling safe and building a trusting relationships is important to me and I offer a confidential, warm and non-judgement approach, that is tailored to support you best. I am understanding and empathetic, having had my own lived experience and undergone therapy, following a career in elite gymnastics.
