I hired this company to replace my gutters. James came out, gave me a price . I paid him a good chunk of estimated cost up front for materials and to secure him to do the work (my mistake, lesson leaned). He came a replaced the gutters, they are poorly fitted, water running down the walls of the house and looking ready to fall down. I reached out to James, he apologised profusely and advised he would come and sort it himself. Then began the nightmare...he noshowed several times and then stopped answering me at all. All this took place at the end of Feb. As of today, nothing has been fixed, no money returned and he hasn't answered a call, or email or a message from trading standards. please don't let this happen to you....avoid using this company for any work you may have.
