jacob is a great worker hard worker for 22 year old. he did lot work for me last year sep oct, nov anddec. he explains what need don shows photo what needs done , explaies what doing .he he sorted he sorted harling at side door at back and hariling at wall back, He did pointing slaps at back no spaces no weeds coming through , lifted slaps. He sorted leek in guthering sorted rest guthering. He sorted wall at front had space at bottom harlling needed sorted. he cleaned front thick acid, he took hut down at back and put gate up. cleaned back and he sorted space bottom door at back sorted space door at front, His last job for me was covered spaces iin front up with cement stoppe weed coming through on jan 8th, He is a nice person he talks to you , lovely smile and he pleasant person best worker i ever had , also resonable prices

Jacob has did lot work for me since the 24 march right up to 16 may, he replaced guttering in marcg he painted it psainted pipes, He powerwashed the drive way wihth with brick accid. also from the 8 april i had scaffalng up had bricks loose at side sorted bricks pointng worked sat to from 8 in morning. slates losse to sorted, t ttook rubbish away , on 16 april finished that side , then got scafing up at front building lose bricks it was dangerous got scaf up o 22 april. he sortes bricks pointing cleaned building building nice needed new slated in lower roof he put them in hours threed days doing iton30 april to 2 may, then he put stead street flashing down side lookes great as he said looks best lower roof in strret explains what doing shows you he explain what wrong efiicent he is people from check trade dont explain, what doing like jacob does not many young people work as hard as hm and can do all work he can at 22. use brick cleaner andt brick acid to clean bulding notice how clean it is finhed all sorted gutterin g and startd this workonthe 23 april finshed on the 1 6 may ,sorted widow leg to, bedding in harling, then cleaned drive way and weeds unedrneath taken away . great work he did i recomend him to everyone pleasan t young man with lovely smile comes when sats does to see what wrong and when to do work hard working efficent more experince people older than him. on the 28 may he painted gated and 30 may good job also he put new roof on hut on the 4 5 june well took old roof of on the 4 june and the felt put on thicker better one had and finshed it no the 9 june. painted rail at door lot better was before he paintinn pipes at side they got wet bits on them and when paints it istops them and taken old stuff of it hard when looking up sun ther also ssandpa it rail before painted it why looks lot better, also he did that on the 11 june and took rubbish old stuff away on the 10 june. he sorting wal ar back for me coming away and bricks slack sorting tthat painting hut to , then he cutting hedge , he speaks llke he older when explain things good eplainng things ,not many young people work like him can do allwork he does best worker i had bette older worker works all time her and brushs up mees even if fell ineighbours garden when worki high up if near fence he been workin since he 14 with dad then his own busnes motivated come when says does excellent worker can do more lot people older and better worker highley recomend hhim
