Disappointed with the overall customer service and final product from this company. Used them to build a media wall, convinced the vision I had they can execute and bring to life - a simple media wall build with no shelves, supplied my own fireplace. Initial conversations pre-sale went well and was made to believe I was choosing a professional, reliable and “award winning” company. The contractors from carpenters and plasterers came to the job and complained about not being paid by them and so the carpentry was left incomplete. Once they had sourced another carpenter, the panels were not installed in alignment leaving gaps. I had been invoiced for electrical work of installing a second socket in the wall which never took place yet was told I had to pay to cover the cost for the labourers. There is so much that went wrong which I flagged to both Chris and Paul but neither of them failed to take any accountability and correct. It’s quite clear that they are just a painting and decorating company as the paint cutting in was the only mention worthy feature. Unfortunately, my media wall is still incomplete as Chris or Paul are not responding to our calls and texts. When you’ve already paid £1,600 for just the build alone of a wall with no shelving, and have spent almost £3,000 on a fireplace in the hope that the final finish will look the way you wanted and how you were led to believe they are capable of achieving, yet later to be told that budget constraints meant the look couldn’t be achieved, I think it’s safe to say this whole experience was devastatingly bad. Chris does not conduct business in good faith and is clearly unfit for this type of work. Perhaps now I may get a response after publicly calling them out on the awful experience we have had with them.
