Hypnotherapy/ Counselling

I am a fully qualified accredited Hypnotherapist/ Counsellor who will provide a secure and indeed confidential area in which I will be offering both short term or long term hypnotherapy for the hypnosis sessions. I have an empathetic approach, and I understand anxiety and the other subjects that I help with, having had the life experience of such. Each session is 50 minutes long. Therapeutically, normally it will involve a deep relaxation state by the experiencing person, narrowing the attention, with the prime focus on my appropriate suggestions. I would like you to tell me about yourself and likewise, I, myself, will introduce myself. We will also discuss the fee which is 50 pounds for for 50 minutes. I will undertake my sessions from home/ practice.
