I cannot believe how bad the service has been. I ordered a bed on Saturday evening but the wrong size. I’ve sent about 4 messages, 2 emails and called 25 times and nobody answered. Eventually someone answered and cancelled my order but I’ve had no confirmation email, no money back and I’ve called about 12 times and nobody’s answering the phone.

Took money, no beds delivered. Won't answer calls or emails, starting paypal dispute, so glad I paid via paypal
