Chartered Certified AccountantH Young Accountants Limited� was established in March 2006 by Hazel Young. Based in Newtownards, the practice is regulated under the �Association of Chartered Certified Accountants� (ACCA).Hazel has been associated with accountancy all her working life. After successfully completing the accounting technicians exams Hazel went on to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1999 after completing the various exams set by the Association.Over the years Hazel has been involved with various types of clients ranging from the small sole traders to the larger companies with turnover in excess of �5 million.
