We have come together as a team to assist businesses to identify the “at risk” workers who may feel the pressures of everyday life and to equip them to tools required to overcome the anxieties or tribulations they may be facing.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to restructure we've got you covered. Our mantra is: analyse, identify, advise, execute. Our mission is to create relationships, not transactions. Our promise is that we'll be there, as questions or issues arise, every step of the way.
As a team we have been around long enough to see what the problems are. We want to share our story and educate employers on what it’s like for an employee to be scared to approach HR or their line manager about their problem and suggest what can be done to help employees understand that they do have a safe space and that they will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
