Following the bitter experience of my own divorce, particularly the high cost of legal representation, which severely limited my available options I am currently studying law at a Under graduate level so that I could represent myself and and become a McKenzie Friend. Whist on a year break from my Law degree I am taking extra course in Family Law, Child Custody, child Support and Divorce, but also looking into property and Employment Law
I have completed a McKenzie friend in the areas of divorce, Family Law, child arrangement orders, financial orders, separation, Non mol and occupation orders, breach of orders BUT ALSO have personal experience in dealing with Educational issues (my sons schools) especially with SEN (special needs), any service you require from me I will break down section by section, If I can be any assistance, please get in contact., I am located in the midlands and Norfolk, but cover the whole of the UK.
