30 year old roof sweating like mad . Old felt breaking up not covered on insurance . Scott came out for an initial survey . Been in the industry myself all be it decades ago so from a lengthy conversation I trust his judgement to a degree . Could have just gone for re use old tiles and re felt and batten , but with new times comes new self cleaning technologies. Here’s where my Review of this company begins . Honest . Reliable punctual . When I am paying someone to do a job I do not mind paying what I feel is fair when I look at the time these lads have been doing the job . I am paying for their experience judgement and expertise. I am paying for the money they have invested in there constant ongoing research,tools and vans . I am paying for the years of knowledge that these lads have taken from the industry . Not once did they ask for payment up front for materials ( that is a big green tick in my eyes)everything has been digital and electronic, which gives me,the consumer,confidence that I am dealing with a company of good character .all of the. Choices have been in my hands . NO PRESSURE !! I had some chancer quote me less than half what I have paid, but that fella had not even been “on site “sorry pal that’s not for me I don’t want a cash in hand Gary with a ladder and a tube of sealant. If I am looking after the house that I have paid good money to buy, I will pay more than good money to repair the area that is open to the elements constantly. I cannot fault Scott and Chris they have really done a fantastic job for us and we cannot thank these lads enough and will recommend and use them in the future . Steve Bolton and family
