Creatively Dreaming Therapy is a counselling and hypnotherapy service based in Horsham, West Sussex. I’m Helen and I run Creatively Dreaming Therapy. I’m a warm and compassionate therapist who uses a blend of approaches tailored to your unique needs including using creative tools and techniques. You don’t have to be an artist to benefit from creative approaches, just willing to explore. I specialise in supporting men and women affected by fertility issues, pregnancy loss, baby loss, miscarriage, PCOS, endometriosis, early menopause, childless not by choice and menopause.
I work with other issues including trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, perfectionism and identity.
