Milfords leading and longest established estate agent, with the only �in-house� letting agency in the village.COLLINS AND BUTLER are the oldest established Estate Agency in Milford on Sea, created by Bryan Butler and his brother-in-law, Robin Collins, in 1975.Bryan�s son Robin, a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents, joined the firm in 1978, becoming a partner in 1985. He continued to work with his father until Bryan�s retirement in 2000. Robin�s wife, Charlotte, who joined the company in 1999, became a partner in 2005.Dee Tuddenham joined the firm in 2003 bringing with her a wealth of experience, from her career spanning some 20 years with Jackson & Jackson, G.A. Property Services and Murray and Morris, to complete our successful sales team.In January 2008, we launched an in house Lettings Department, ably run by Jason Withers and now offer all aspects of property management.Together we have combined experience of over 50 years in the industry.
