We also offer neon parties for hen dos, birthday parties, events and more.
Our high-energy dance fitness classes combining dance moves with boxing moves for a full-body workout. Adult classes are suitable from age 13+ (13-17 with parent/guardian).
Family classes are fir children age 7+ (when accompanied by an adult.)
Classes and parties are held under disco lighting with dance and pop anthems from the 90s to the latest hits. The sessions ate not suitable if you have photosensitivity.
With a mixture of low and high impact options available, people of varying abilities can all enjoy the same class. Whether you're looking to start your fitness journey, you want to improve strength and balance or your looking for a high intensity workout, Clubbercise has something for everyone.
Parties are tailored to each group's requirements, with a mixture of choreographed dances and games.

Clubbercise with Beth is my weekly dose of sanity. I get to beat out all my frustrations and challenges of a week filled with being kind mum, good wife, hardworking employee etc and just Be Me. It keeps me fit but more importantly it keeps me functioning - thank you Beth!

Love Beth's classes, fun, friendly and whatever age you are you can go at your own pace and enjoy. Beth is a good and patient teacher. Agree with above saves my sanity. Im, a wife, mother, grandparent. Also partime carer for dementia clients. This is so needed each week. Go Beth!

Started Clubbercise with Beth 6 weeks after having my little one, this has helped my postpartum journey and sanity with 2 little ones. Great class, great music and choreography, especially when there are new songs and new moves to get your brain and body in gear.

The Rangers had an amazing time doing this and I think because it was in the dark they didn’t feel so self conscious so joined in far more than normal Can’t wait to do it again
