As a counsellor I provide a therapeutic talking based service where I help you to explore your thoughts feelings and behaviours. I provide a safe, confidential space to work through personal challenges, improve self-understanding and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s difficulties.
As a play therapist I use play as a natural way for children to express their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Instead of relying on words children use toys, games, and creative art to communicate and work through emotional or behavioural challenges. I observe and guide this process to help children develop coping skills, process difficult experiences and improve their emotional wellbeing.
