Called them on Thursday to replace a windscreen I was promised someone was coming on Friday. Come Friday nobody came nobody called come 6 oclock I called them they told me somebody robbed one of there drivers as u do u show empathy left it was promised someone would come Saturday. I called them again they told me yesterday there was traffic completely different to what I was told before ( robbery ) same excuse for Saturday. Was promised Sunday and Monday? Stil no word. I asked for a refund of the £80 due to the fact they messed me around 4 days Ina row lying blatantly via text and phone call. Avoid this company with all cost they used to be called chips away and had to dissolve due to all the cars they ruined including my Mercedes he's changed the company name . I have reported you to financial standards agency of fair trading I will be taking you to court u rob people for deposits and don't provide the service
