I bought a used car from this seller and unfortunately had a very disappointing and concerning experience. I was told the battery might need replacing, which I accepted — but what I wasn’t told was that the battery was dangerously faulty. Within hours of getting the car home, it began overheating and releasing smoke, which poses a serious safety risk. This is not a minor issue — it's a serious fault that made the vehicle unroadworthy, something that should have been disclosed before the sale. I also accidentally overpaid based on the agreed price and received no support or resolution when I raised this with the seller. I understand buying a used car comes with risks, especially without a warranty, but selling a car in a hazardous condition is unacceptable and, in my understanding, a breach of the Road Traffic Act 1988. I’m now in the process of contacting Trading Standards. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from this seller to exercise extreme caution and ensure any vehicle is thoroughly inspected before purchase.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Saw a Ford KA advertised on Autotrader which looked to be in very good condition. Turnt up to a car garage covered in dust as well as all the cars! Test drove the car which had a squeaky clutch and as I’m not educated about cars I was none the wiser. When I got back to the garage i mentioned this issue which they told me it was just because of the dust which I personally think is a lie however no other issues I was aware of so I brought the car. Just as I started the car after the purchase the engine management light came straight up. I asked the man to come back over the car to tell me what was going on he then stated it was a DPT and that the light would go off when I drive it home this is also a lie as it’s a petrol car! He told me to drive the car home and the light will go off by itself and if it didn’t to contact back. He then proceeded to drive off in another car leaving me there with this issue. I managed to get home and the light stayed on so I messaged the car garage and they said the car has no warranty so there’s nothing they can do they never informed me of this to start off with! I now also know this is a lie as all garages should do a 3 month warranty and if they don’t it’s illegal! I took they car to a professional car garage today to see what’s wrong with the car they told me there is so many issues with the car and that the car shouldn’t be on the road at all and that I should have never have been sold the car as it’s a danger! I was never once told this so I am fuming. Please don’t buy cars from here they shouldn’t be open at all. They also don’t have any insurance on the cars at all therefore have to use temp cover which is just a major red flag. They also don’t respect confidentiality at all as the log book I was given still has the previous owner full name and address on it which is just disgusting in my opinion. I’m taking this further to trading standards as of the police’s advice! (Wish I could give it a zero star review)
