BLACKSHAW NURSERY - We provide full and part-time places for childrenOur nursery was established in January 1982 in a GLC funded, purpose built facility in the grounds of St.George's Hospital. It was the first nursery of it�s kind in the country designed specifically to cater for the childcare needs of parents who worked shifts or unsocial hours.Children are accepted from 3 months of age into The Tiny Tots Room, and continue with us until they leave for Primary School at 5 years.The Nursery is an independent non-profit making charitable limited company, which is managed by a voluntary management committee comprising of nominees from St. George�s Healthcare NHS Trust and directors. The management committee and nursery management team (consisting of the Administrator and Childcare Co-ordinator) meet on a bi-monthly basis.The Nursery is inspected and registered annually by Ofsted, under the regulations of the Children Act 1989. Our registration number is 123091.
