Spit Roast

• Lamb or Pig on the Spit – Slow-roasted over an open fire and freshly carved for guests. (Half lamb is typically ideal for seasonal availability and guest numbers.)

Sides & Salads

• Seasonal vegetables, creamed spinach, and roasted butternut
• Greek salad with feta, olives, cucumber, and tomato
• Creamy potato bake (Dauphinoise style)

Braai Starters & Sharing
