Description
Bath Home Companions provides care and companionship for the elderly in and around Bath. Our primary aim is to enable people to stay in their own homes whilst receiving the help and support that they need in order to do this.
Our services include: companion visits, shopping trips, household chores, preparation of meals, help with physiotherapy, ordering and support with medications, accompanying to doctor or hospital appointments, social trips out, help with household administration, assistance with getting support from local councils, gardening, pet walking/care.
We have a highly experienced team and try to build close relationships with our clients by having care provided by one/two regular companions. This enables us to really get to know our clients, become a 'friend' as much as a carer, and thereby provide the best possible experience.
Visits can be anything from 1 hour up to a whole day and can be once a week or daily - we work with you to provide what you need.
