I’m Kate, a grief counsellor in Exeter, offering compassionate grief and loss counselling in Exeter and online through Blue Waves Counselling. I support adults experiencing bereavement and many other forms of loss, including loss of identity after a new diagnosis (such as chronic illness or ADHD), infertility, relationship breakdown, retirement, career change, and major life transitions. I also offer Rewind Therapy in Exeter and online for people affected by traumatic memories, PTSD, OCD, and phobias. Rewind Therapy is a calm, evidence-based approach that helps reduce the emotional impact of distressing memories, without needing to talk through the details of what happened.
