Every time I have any interaction with my account Manager Benjamin I am so satisfied with the outcome. I have been a customer for 6 days now and Benjamin has fixed each problem I have had with my business. I'm great at my job but I will be completely honest I do not have a clue when it comes to technology or business terminology. I had an issue with my new VOIP telephone system which Benjamin has told me what VOIP is but I still cannot remember what it stands for, but Benjamin dialled into my computer and with 10 minute he has fixed the problem. When he said he was going to sort the issue I thought he meant he was on his way to deal with it but he actually sent me a link, I downloaded the app to my computer and granted him access and he took over the mouse put some numbers into a black box and typed ping some numbers and he identified that one of the phones was trying to access the same port, so he directed it to a different thingy-me-bob and then the phone rebooted by its self, turns out Benjamin restarted it remotely and then suddenly the phone rang and answered it was Benjamin on the phone he literally fixed the issue for me in 12 mins because he always itemises times. 5***** rating, in fact 5 million star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. Honestly it was the best thing I have done by using Aura and Benjamin, he has so much time for you and remembers things about you and it just makes things so much easier and not awkward and hasn't made me feel stupid because I don't know about technology. I'm so happy I have connected and honestly if you need help with business stuff or technology contact Benjamin or his company His business and his team are awesome. I think it's going to save me a lot of money but even better it might stop from aging so fast. Sorry for the long review but it's worth the read because I am so happy!

24.05.2026 Me again, had to submit a different review for this one! I get letters from HMRC the other day and needed help. I contacted Benjamin for his help to see if he could help me. He needed to see the letter, I said I would send it him via a photo on my phone, but he said that if I could scan it on my all in one Epson which I have never scanned but Benjamin talked me through it and he then sent me a link to his nextcloud server for me to upload it. He said that it was more secure than just sending a text and also said that this was my own dedicated customer portal, so in future I can add things and so can he and we can share it between us saving time and money, bonus being it is totally secure. He said it's just like drop box but I don't have to pay any subscription. After uploading the the document 2 hours later he called me to say that he had calculated that actually HMRC was wrong and they owed me £184 refund on my tax because the accountant I used didn't submit the wright information on my self assessment, I can't believe he missed it off and he's an accountant. If you need help honestly check out Benjamin's business, his business might be new but Ben and his team are perfect. I said to B as Derek Trotter said "we'll be millionaires this time next year Rodney" at this rate with Aura's help which I told him and sent him the YouTube video and he laughed. Sorry for the long email but I'm that chuffed I had to give you some feedback. Have a great bank holiday B and talk next week!!!!!!

Just wanted to send a message to Benjamin's Manager. Spoke to him on Saturday, called you because I haven't got a clue about technology and needed help with my social media. Setting it up onto my personal Facebook. 1. You were open on Saturday. 2. Benjamin set me an account up with you so I can call any time for help 3. Only had to pay for 1 hour because Benjamin did it in 51mins (Only know this because Benjamin said that they use software to time every piece of work so you know how long it took and how much they are going to charge, because I agreed a hourly rate with Benjamin before hand 4. He took payment after he fixed my problem by card, he just sent me a link to my invoice and I was able to pay through the invoice as it was interactive if that's the right word 5. He gave me a 10% Discount as a new customer and but then said why not use the 10% on a bigger invoice as I have more work coming up, than on this £25 so he could have saved me a lot of money and I wish I had have listened to him because I think I might buy one of your social media bundles. My stupid fault for NOT listening to Ben, don't mean to get him in trouble about the discount advice but this is just to say he went above and beyond for me and this 71 year old women is very happy.
