Arwain Architects is run by Jeff Davies, who is a Chartered Architect and member of the Architects Registration Board and the Royal Institute of British Architects., Arwain Architects was established in 2000 and our work concentrates within south and west Wales, on planning and building regulations applications for house extensions, loft conversions, listed buildings, barn conversions, new build housing developments and small to medium size commercial projects., Our aim is to provide a high quality, personal and cost effective service; producing designs that are both practical and maximize property potential, adding space and value., Clients, who get the best out of their buildings, are those that are fully engaged with us throughout the design process., We are sympathetic to clients who have never embarked on a building project before and understand just how daunting a process it can be. , We try where possible to show our clients what can be achieved and to develop and maximise their original ideas to reach their full potential., We offer a wide range of services covering all aspects of architecture, interiors and landscape design from initial stages through to completion and certification if required., We offer a personal approach and are sympathetic to clients who have never before embarked on a building project of whatever size and fully understand how daunting that experience can be. , Regardless of what the size and value of their project we take time to talk through the possibilities and options and explain the process in detail, through planning and building
