Anne’s Angels (CQC REGISTERED) is a domiciliary care company with a difference set up by two sisters with over 30 years experience of working in the NHS. Set up to prove to people who have had bad experience of home care that there is good care out there. Anne’s angels provide high quality personalised care to cater the needs of all our clients. Our main aim is to be the most sort after domiciliary care company within the Dudley Borough for both clients and staff. Our carers are specially selected for their caring personalities and specific abilities, they all have passed intense training and have full background and DBS checks before starting working for Anne’s Angel’s. We at Anne’s Angel’s understand that change happens so our care plans are regularly assessed to ensure they are still meeting your needs and can be altered to allowing you to reach your full potential. services Dementia: Staff at Anne’s Angels are here to provide compassionate care, in depth inhouse training has been received for all our staff, taught by a senior Mental health nurse to provide our staff the knowledge and skills required to understand the complex health and care needs of your loved on and their family and friends. Mental Health: Our staff encompass the emotional, psychological and wellbeing of your loved one, taking time to get to know them well and building a relationship that enables your loved one to feel comfortable but also enables our staff to know when today isn’t a good day and working with them to change that. Palliative care: Staff at Anne’s Angel’s will holistically care for your loved one, we understand that we only get one chance to get this care right and our aim is to achieve the best quality of life possible. We will work supporting other teams to highlight any pain or concerns as well as support your loved one as well as yourselves (family and friends) with psychological, social, spiritual support. For relatives we will give you that “me time” or support you in any way possible, even if this is just to sit and chat. Elderly care: Our dedicated staff will support our elderly clients to remain within their own homes, encouraging and supporting independence. Our staff will take the time to get to know your loved ones and will work with them to enhance their life’s as well as prevent loneliness.
