After The Storm Peer Support

After the Storm Peer Support offers compassionate, one-to-one emotional support for people navigating difficult life experiences such as trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and relationship challenges. Led by a practitioner with an Honours degree in Psychology and Counselling, the service provides non-judgemental peer support from someone with both professional knowledge and lived understanding. Sessions focus on helping individuals feel heard, rebuild confidence, develop coping strategies, and move forward at their own pace. Support is offered as a paid, independent service and can take place online or in person depending on client needs.
