Our goal is to achieve Technical Approval for any incomplete Section 104 and Section 38 agreements and for our Adoption Engineers to pass the sites to the relevant bodies. With over 20 years of experience in the housebuilding industry, we understand that the adoption and handover of completed sites can be challenging as commercial pressures often shift focus to the next project. Advance Two has assisted many developers and house builders in reducing their bond liability over the years. Our Civil Engineers are highly experienced in dealing with Local Authorities and Water companies, ensuring we offer a swift and hassle-free service. At Advance Two, we manage all aspects of site remediation. We provide tendering and subcontractor appointment services to expedite project completion and section agreements. Our aim is to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently to obtain approval from the adopting body, finalize agreements, cancel bonds, and reduce outstanding liabilities.
