WasteMate is a free toolkit for waste carriers, built to cut the admin that comes with running a waste business.
The free account includes every tool: waste transfer notes you can sign on your phone, RAMS and plant pre-use checks you can share as PDFs, load tickets and digital waste tracking support, a carrier checker, and a waste code finder. Your records are saved to your account, so you don’t retype the same details for each job.
Leads is a job board for waste companies. Any company account can post work it can’t cover, and companies can pick up jobs posted by others. Customer requests also appear on Leads for registered carriers to respond to.
WasteMate Business adds your logo on documents, a directory listing with a link to your website, Get Found help to list your business on Google and other UK directories, customer contact details on Leads, and messaging with customers. It is £14.99 a month or £149 a year, with a 14-day free trial. You pay nothing if you cancel before day 14.
