I aim to simplify this by providing a complete service from consultation and design through to submissions and approvals so that you are ready to start building. My services are personal, professional and tailored to suit your needs and budget drawing on over 30 years construction experience.
Following an on-site consultation, I will provide a written quotation that sets out all fees and describes the process and expected timescales.
When you are happy with the design, I will submit all applications and deal with local authorities to achieve compliance and all approvals.
Should there be a need for specialised surveys or engineering calculations then I can arrange these on your behalf.
