One Touch really lived up to their name. It was absolutely freezing and just by luck my boiler stopped working. One Touch sent their lead engineer out (Dil) and he managed to identify the issue and fix it. This company have an absolute can do attitude, they’re not the cheapest but by far worth the money for the service they provide. Will be using again.

I was recommended One Touch (Dil) by a friend who had some work done by them. I initially contacted Dil about some advice in regards to installing a well known brand appliance for reducing limescale that I had seen. He gave me fantastic advice, recommended an alternative which was more efficient and had a longer warranty, as well as hundreds of pounds cheaper! He installed the magna scale - his work work was neat. I would highly recommend him

My gas boiler broke down. Dil came same day late evening from another job he was on to help me have hot water and heating in an emergency. Dil went out of his way to help. I am completely satisfied with the professionalism Dil showed. The guy deserves 10 stars out of 10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't speak highly enough of One Touch after they replaced my home boiler! From the initial consultation to the final installation, their professionalism and attention to detail blew me away. The engineer arrived right on schedule and immediately put me at ease with his thorough knowledge and clear explanations of the entire process. What truly set them apart was how they treated my home with absolute respect - using protective coverings everywhere and cleaning up so thoroughly afterwards that you'd never know they'd been here. The installation itself was completed efficiently, and the engineer took time to walk me through operating the new system, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The new boiler is a game-changer - my home is consistently warm, the hot water pressure is fantastic, and my energy bills have noticeably decreased. But beyond the excellent technical work, it was the genuine care and pride they took in their service that really impressed me. I cannot recommend One Touch highly enough. We had a complete plumbing nightmare and Dil was able to help at short notice and work around a busy family filled household. We felt totally at ease and his work was fast and efficient. No nonsense and he got the job done, even with my young son asking a million questions!! Thank you Dil!
