Hello 👋 My name is Sophie and I offer an ultrasound pregnancy scanning & microchipping service for canine & small mammals ( Rabbits Ferrets, guinea pigs ect. Small or large litters and individual animals.
I qualified through VIS, and I am also DEFRA approved and fully insured.
I am confident and experienced when working with challenging or nervous pets. I also travel to you , this service is perfect, as it keeps your pet calm & happy in their own home.
Ultrasound scanning not only confirms gestation and fetal viability, but also gives you an insight to the reproductive health of your dog/cat ruling out any infection, which gives you reassurance.
It is completely safe unlike the risks with X-rays. Ultra sound scans can take place 25 days post first mating, I can also scan again at 40 days plus, to assess development for peace of mind.
I can microchip pups at 6 weeks old, in the UK it is a legal requirement that all pups are microchipped before they leave the breeder to their new homes 🏡
